Feeling let down by AI?
Let’s build a knowledge system
that actually works.
If your AI tools are pulling from ungoverned sources, they’re bound to disappoint.
I build structured knowledge systems for marketing and revenue teams — the governed foundation that makes AI output reliable and brand-aligned. Let the system handle retrieval, assembly, and first drafts, so your team can focus on the strategy, taste, and judgment only they can contribute.
THE PROBLEM
Ungoverned AI output is a liability dressed up as a productivity gain.
The promise was efficiency. The reality, for most teams, is that ungoverned AI output — drafts that miss the voice, contradict positioning, or leak language that shouldn't ship — requires so much case-by-case rework that the time savings evaporate. Especially in regulated industries, ungoverned output is both inefficient and dangerous.
The underlying problem isn't necessarily the tools themselves. It's that the knowledge your teams need to write from — brand standards, approved language, institutional context — lives in people’s heads, scattered decks, and personal Notion pages. Without a governed source of truth, every AI draft is generated from the entire internet (or whatever five docs you upload to Claude chat-by-chat). Of course it needs rewriting.
THE PLAN
From canon to capability.
01. Define.
Stakeholder interviews, brand and knowledge audit, canon definition.
02. Build.
Structured knowledge base, governance framework, AI-ready formatting.
03. Deploy.
Agentic workflows, team training, ongoing support.
MY PHILOSOPHY
Too many AI systems automate the wrong half of the work.
AI adoption efforts stagnate for many reasons. Poor tool selection. Lack of maintenance. Insufficient training and halfhearted adoption. The failure I see most often is quieter: the tools are generating grammatically correct output from ungoverned sources, and the humans using them are spending their creative hours cleaning it up.
The better strategy is the inverse. Let the system handle retrieval and assembly — pulling approved boilerplate into a proposal, gathering research, maintaining spreadsheets, assigning task ownership. Let your people handle the parts that require their expertise: strategy, taste, judgment. Canon & Context builds the foundation that makes this possible.
